Home Users To our home users, we offer one of the lowest professional fees in the region. We provide a mobile service so usually come to you to sort the problem out onsite - and charge no call-out fee if you are resident in the Upper Hutt Valley. If the problem cannot best be solved onsite, we collect your ailing computer from you and return it, usually the very next day!
Businesses To our business clients, we are able to provide a first-class priority service without the burdensome levy of a monthly 'service charge'. We offer a full range of integrated IT support services for small-medium network environments including ADSL connections, Firewall Security, Centralised Data Storage & Data Backup Solutions and Remote Access provision. We can even design your company website!
Computer Support How are we able to do this? We believe that computer support is more about people and relationships than it is about 'technology'. We have no affiliation to any particular company or product - except the ones that will work best for you. We listen to what your needs are rather than impose a technological 'solution' upon you.
